Here is a page to manage your money division.

You can input shared expenses for your dorm to show how much each roommate owes or is owed.

*Important: Make sure to add at least one roommate in order to use this functionality. Please click on the "Roommate List" tab and add a roommate by following the instruction in the page.

Usage:

a) The "Money Balancer" section shows the total money a person owes or owed. These numbers are calculated by comparing a roommate's total expenses to the average amount paid by each roommate. A roommate who has paid less than average is in debt, and a roommate who has paid more than average is owed money.

b) The "Pay" section is used to input a transaction by one roommate that you want to split evenly between all roommates.

1. 1. Select the roommate who originally made the payment.
2. 2. Input the total cost in "cost" section.
3. 3. Input what payment it was for in the "for" section.
4. 4. Finally, click "submit" when done!

c) The "Transfer" section is used to input a money transfer between roommates to pay off debt, such as a Venmo transfer.

1. 1. In the "Name:" section, select the roommate who sent money in the transfer.
2. 2. Input the amount of payment this person selected will be sending.
3. 3. In the "To:" section, select the roommate who received money in the transfer.

d) The "History" section shows the past transactions that occured.

1. 1. Click the "checkbox" for a log that you want to delete. You can choose multiple.
2. 2. Click the "delete" button to delete these entries. This will also reverse all transactions selected.
